Acceptance of Terms
By using the 'Osos' system or registering a new account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the system.
Service Description & Tax Responsibility
Osos provides a cloud-based system for business management and e-invoicing compliant with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). We provide the (technical tool) that generates invoices in XML format and creates the encrypted QR code, but the (accuracy of numbers, data, and amounts) entered is entirely your responsibility. Osos bears no legal liability or tax penalties resulting from incorrect or intentional data entry on your part.
Accounts and Passwords
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords. Any activity performed from your account (such as archiving invoices or issuing claims) is considered issued by you as the account owner. Please use the 'Permissions Management' feature carefully when granting access to your team.
Subscriptions, Payment, and Renewal
Osos services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are made in advance via the approved payment gateway (Moyasar). No refunds are issued after the cloud subscription is activated due to the nature of the service, except in cases where a major technical defect is proven to have completely prevented you from using the system and we were unable to resolve it.
Availability and Periodic Maintenance
We strive to ensure 99.9% system uptime. However, due to the system's reliance on cloud servers and integration with the Authority's platform, temporary interruptions may occur for update and maintenance purposes. We will notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
Account Termination or Suspension
Osos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of any illegal use of the system, attempts to circumvent or manipulate the software, or violation of our intellectual property rights.
