Introduction
At 'Osos', we prioritize the privacy of your financial and personal data. This Privacy Policy aims to clarify how we collect, use, and protect the data you provide when using our cloud-based accounting system.
Data We Collect
We only collect data necessary to provide the service, including: - Registration Data: Entity name, mobile number, and email address. - Tax Data: VAT number and Commercial Registration for compliance with ZATCA requirements. - Financial Data: Invoices, revenues, purchases, and customer data entered into the system.
Data Sharing and Automated Integration (ZATCA)
As a certified E-Invoicing solution provider for Phase 2 (Integration Phase), the 'Osos' system performs real-time automated integration with ZATCA servers (Fatoora platform). Tax invoices and simplified tax invoices are sent automatically to the Authority as part of your legal obligation. With the exception of the aforementioned competent government authorities, we do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Security and Protection
We use advanced encryption protocols and secure cloud storage to ensure that no unauthorized person can access your accounts. Daily backups are performed to prevent data loss. You also have the right to export your data in (SQL) format and store it locally at any time.
Data Retention and Deletion
Due to the accounting and tax nature of the system, we may be legally obligated to retain invoice records for periods specified by local regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia even after your subscription is canceled, to ensure the integrity of tax audits if necessary.
Privacy Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to update this policy as needed (e.g., changes in ZATCA requirements or adding new features). We will notify you of any material changes via email or within the dashboard.
